Shipping Policy
At Dreminex Fashion, we aim to provide a simple and reliable delivery experience. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
Dreminex Fashion currently ships throughout Bangladesh.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery area, and available shipping service.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed.
Once processing is complete, the order will be handed over to the applicable shipping provider.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is generally 6–7 business days within Bangladesh after the order is shipped.
This is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer in certain circumstances, including public holidays, seasonal order pressure, courier or logistics issues, weather conditions, remote-area restrictions, or other special or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Notification
Dreminex Fashion will generally try to notify the customer one day before the scheduled delivery through SMS, email, or phone call, where the necessary contact information is available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information when placing an order.
Customers are also expected to remain available and ready to receive the product on the scheduled delivery day.
5. Delivery Charges
For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance.
Current advance delivery charges are:
- Dhaka: ৳80
- Dhaka surrounding areas: ৳100
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
In some selected products or orders, Dreminex Fashion may require the customer to pay the full applicable delivery charge plus 50% of the product price in advance.
Where COD is applicable, the remaining product amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
The applicable payment requirement will be communicated to the customer during the order or checkout process.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, an advance delivery charge is generally non-refundable if delivery fails because the customer refuses the parcel, remains unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, or provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If the failed delivery is verified to have been caused by Dreminex Fashion, an approved fulfillment partner, or the courier service, the customer will not be charged for the resulting corrective delivery cost.
6. Shipping Providers
Dreminex Fashion primarily uses Steadfast Courier for order delivery.
Where applicable, Dreminex Fashion may also use Pathao or another suitable delivery provider to fulfill an order.
The applicable shipping provider may vary depending on the delivery location, service availability, and operational requirements.
Some orders may be processed or fulfilled with the assistance of approved supplier or fulfillment partners. Dreminex Fashion remains the customer-facing point of contact for the order. Only information reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, deliver, support, or verify the order may be shared with those partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or other customer-provided information:
- Additional delivery or re-shipping may be required.
- The customer will be responsible for the applicable re-shipping cost.
- Re-shipping charges will depend on the destination and applicable shipping cost.
9. Delivery-Day Product Inspection
When the delivery person hands over the product, customers are strongly expected to check the product in front of the delivery person where the courier procedure allows inspection.
If there is a verified defect, damage, mismatch, wrong product, wrong color, wrong size, or another product issue caused by Dreminex Fashion, the customer should immediately report the issue to the delivery person or delivery team and may return the product at that time.
If the customer does not inspect the product in front of the delivery person, a wrong, damaged, defective, or mismatched product claim must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours from receipt, subject to the evidence, verification, and conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
For such claims made after delivery, customers must keep a clear, continuous unboxing video beginning before the parcel is opened and continuing until the product and reported issue are visible. The outer packaging, shipping label, and relevant product details should be visible where reasonably possible.
10. Failed or Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond Dreminex Fashion's reasonable control, including public holidays, seasonal pressure, logistics disruptions, courier-related issues, weather conditions, remote-area restrictions, or other special or unforeseen circumstances.
Dreminex Fashion will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related issues.
If a parcel is returned because the customer refuses delivery, remains unreachable, or provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the original delivery charge is not refundable and any applicable re-delivery charge may need to be paid before re-shipment. This does not apply where the failed delivery is verified to have resulted from an error by Dreminex Fashion, an approved fulfillment partner, or the courier.
11. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is suspected to be lost, Dreminex Fashion will review the shipment status and, where applicable, work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.
The appropriate resolution will be determined after the shipment status has been verified.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Wrong Products
Returns and refunds are governed by the Dreminex Fashion Return & Refund Policy.
If Dreminex Fashion sends a wrong product, wrong color, wrong size, mismatched product, or another product that the customer did not order, and the claim is verified as eligible, the customer may return the product and the applicable delivery charge will be refunded.
For an eligible wrong-product or mismatch case, the customer may choose either:
- A refund; or
- An alternative product/purchase option using an applicable coupon or discount sent to the specific customer's email address.
If a customer requests a return because they do not like the product, changed their mind, or no longer want the product, the delivery charge is not refundable. Any such return or refund is subject to the applicable return terms communicated by Dreminex Fashion.
13. Product Condition for Returns
Products submitted for return must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, unless the issue is directly caused by Dreminex Fashion and the return is approved after verification.
14. Important Notice
Delivery estimates and shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, delivery area, courier, and available shipping service.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Dreminex Fashion reserves the right to reject or restrict fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or deliberately false orders and may take appropriate or legal action where evidence supports such action and where permitted by applicable law.
